Gyrokinesis Group Classes
In our group classes you will experience the Gyrokinesis Method practiced without equipment, some of the benefits of a regular Gyrokinesis practice include a healthier, more supple spine, increased range of motion, greater joint stability, improved agility and athletic performance, and a deep internal strength. Courses are offered in 4 or 6-week sessions. You can also drop-in to a class.

1:1 Gyrotonic Session
In a 1:1 session you will work with Rebecca on your individual needs. The equipment helps to support and add resistance to the exercises allowing you to feel the exercises in a more profound and connected way. Gyrotonic exercise can be practiced to enhance athletic performance or recover from injury. It is adaptable to your needs on the current day.

Teacher Training Program
Participate in the teacher training to dive deeper into your Gyrokinesis practice and really understand it in your body. Develop the skills to share the method with others in 1:1 sessions or group classes. Our training takes place over the course of a year with final certification happening in Vancouver.
