Craniosacral therapy comes from cranial osteopathy. In osteopathy we look at many factors that may be contributing to or impeding health. One of those factors is the cranio-sacral mechanism. It has been referred to as a primary form of respiration.

About Osteopathy

Osteopathy is an integrated approach to health that emphasizes the connection between body structure and function.

Osteopathy can help with:

  • Brain Health: concussion, headaches

  • Women’s Health: menstrual concerns, fertility, pre & post-partum care, c-section, menopause

  • Children & Babies: trauma from difficult delivery (very long or short delivery, c-section, forceps and other interventions.), breastfeeding challenges (latching difficulty, preference for feeding on one side.), colic, sleep disturbances, digestive issues (reflux, gas, constipation), head shape asymmetries and congenital torticolis

  • Pain & Sports Injuries

  • Preventative Care: maintenance and care of body systems and biomechanics

Each patient receives personalized care, beginning with a 60-minute comprehensive assessment to establish individual health goals.
